I've become discouraged!

I really enjoy drawing, but lately, I just feel soo bad about my drawings. I look at everyone else's and wonder how they do it. I have a picture in my mind, but for some reason, I just can't put it on paper.

I can't draw proportions right at all. I mean, i'm pretty good with eyes and stuff, but proportions and positions elude me totally. I don't know why, but I just can't do it! If anyone would like to help me, I would really love that.
